We specialise in all matters of Genealogy/Heir Location/People Finding. We work with Trustee Companies and Solicitors who often have the difficult task of attempting to locate beneficiaries to an estate who may have relocated interstate/overseas or have passed away (in which case we would obviously search for their descendants, i.e. ultimate beneficiaries).

As a result of our research to find missing Executors/Beneficiaries, our efforts inevitably reach a point where we send a letter to a person not expecting to receive such a letter. This is because we believe this person is the Executor/Beneficiary we are looking for.

Searching for, and finding, these Executors/Beneficiaries requires substantial effort and expense. We therefore ask that people agree to a percentage fee which is definitely on a "no win, no fee" basis, i.e. should a claim be unsuccessful there is nothing to pay and we never ask for any money (we pay all costs).

As the people we locate are not previously aware of their entitlement we have accumulated a lengthy list of testimonials (refer TESTIMONIALS).

We have successfully located beneficiaries to some extraordinarily difficult and complex estates which have remained outstanding for up to 50 years. As these family tree entitlements can be such complex matters involving many family members, legal knowledge may be required for the correct distribution to be performed. We often involve our own solicitor in these more complex matters to ensure all legal bases are covered.
